1. Terms and Conditions

• You must be legally allowed to own a firearm to purchase this item. No exceptions!
• You must be 21+ to purchase this pistol.
• The firearm must be purchased at my place of business.
• If shipped, this item must be shipped to a FFL dealer. Your dealer’s FFL must be sent via email to REDACTED
• Please check your local and state laws before buying. It is your responsibility to know what you can and cannot own.
• Read This: I am an FFL holder so NO private transactions, the firearm will be transferred to you per a form 4473 and NICS background check.

2. Payment

• Cash is preferred when dealing person to person.
• I do accept credit cards. Credit card transactions will be conducted over the phone or person to person. List price reflects a 3.5% cash discount.
• Money order and certified check are also options.
• Sales tax is NOT included (I must charge sales tax for IN residents as I run a retail business).

4. Safety

• Buyer is solely responsible for determining that the gun is safe to shoot. Inspection by a gunsmith is recommended. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for selling purposes. The buyer must agree to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by merchandise at time of purchase.
