• It is the Buyers sole responsibility to use the product safely as intended.  We are not Liable for Product Misuse Buyer agrees to read and follow the Safety Manual . 
• Our Products are for sale for Use in the United States, and Purchaser agrees not to export our products
• Unless otherwise noted all of our Products are Brand New And come with a The Originals Manufacturers warranty. In the event, a purchaser needs warranty service they shall contact the Manufacturer. We do not warranty the products, nor do we provide warranty service. It is the Buyers responsibility to understand the Manufacturer's warranty and any possible limitations before Purchasing/bidding.   
• All of Our Listings are for new products unless otherwise stated. Pictures within our Listings are Stock Photos since we do not open the Sealed Packages 
• Customer satisfaction is our first goal. We warrant that you will receive the UPC or Barcode Product in the listing. If you feel a mistake was made, do not open the package and/or use the product . Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, so we can immediately assist you.  We can not take returns for opened, used or altered items. Items believed to be Defective or Different from the listing must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

For Quality Assurance all of our product shipments and returns are video recorded. If a return is made for an incorrect reason the buyer is responsible for the products total shipping costs (shipping to you as well as return shipping), our costs and a 20% Restocking Fee.  In accordance to ebay policy, we deduct these charges any monies returned.
