Geezus. I am a retired cop and I think this is disgusting. This what happens when we don't hire the best and we don't give them quality training. Or, perhaps even more frightening, maybe this is what the residents of that city want their cops doing...,

I haven't been on armslist in about a year, come back to it and just happen to see this post, I grew up on those cross streets! Small world lol

That's ok I'm sure the guy can get more and fight the cops on the battlefield of his choice where and when he decides to call them
commented on 04/06/2023 10:56 PM
100.000 cops vs 140,000 pissed of and heavily armed citizens would last about 2 minutes and we would be picking up their guns off the ground.

why would you give them consent to search your house? You have rights. Absolutely do not talk to law enforcement or give them consent for ANYTHING

The NRA or similar organization should ask all available members to file lawsuits against the ATF and any state which passes tyrannical gun laws which are objectively unconstitutional. (similar to scientology members all suing the IRS which worked) If they want to ban assault weapons or limit the number of rounds in a magazine they have to change the constitution. They know they can't and won't ever be able to so why are they allowed to put american citizens in jail for this? The second amendment couldn't possibly be MORE clear. Shall. Not. Be. Infringed. I mean holy shit. Kick them out of the state or something but Jesus this guy will do serious prison time for exercising the rights that people died and die for! What the actual fuck!

I wonder whose gun safe they are in now. This is a PERFECT example of what is happening in America and specifically the communist state of Mexifornia! Get 'Lil Joey Biden in office and it will be happening in YOUR neighborhood. Dangerous assault weapons? I see an Ar and 2 bolt action hunting rifles!

All things look reasonable in the image but the scale with what looks like white powder on it? This could be the issues, possible drug related concerns? Lets hope that is the case, must be more to the story?

You may call me nuts, but I have a lot more evidence where this comes from. My guess is they have everyone believing that you must register a rifle "within this state" or "the state". Most (union) state statutes define this jurisdiction as NOT the dejure "state" you think you live in, but an entirely different federal entity. For example, let's look at the definition of "State" within 18 USC which is used for "gun control": (NOTE: This requires you know a little about "legalese" and what the term "includes" and "including" means and how to interpret it.) 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(2) – The term “State” includes [is limited to] the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the possessions of the United States. (NOTE: The “several” or "50 states" of the union are NOT “possessions” of the United States [District of Columbia]; it was the several states which formed the United States (federal) government, and if anything, the 50 states “possess” it.) 28 U.S.C. 3002(15)(A) – “United States” means a federal corporation. “… The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state.” – 19 Corpus Juris Secundum (C.J.S), Corporations, section 883 (2003) “In the United States of America, there are two separate and distinct jurisdictions, such being the jurisdiction of the states within their own state boundaries [nation-states], and the other being federal jurisdiction [The United States], which is limited to the District of Columbia, the U.S. Territories, and federal enclaves within the states [see Buck Act of 1940], under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17.” – Bevans v. United States, 16 U.S. 336 (1818) Now, let's look at the definition of what California says the "State of California" means (vs. "California repulbic"): California Revenue and Taxation (because let's face it, they're "crime" is they didn't pay the "registration tax") Section 6017. "In this State" or "in the State" means within the exterior limits of the State of California and includes [is limited to] all territory within these limits (external limits) owned or ceded to the United States (remember above the U.S. is a federal corporation, not a "government"). Did this man do anything wrong by not "registering" his mode of defense as a "federal firearm" "within the State of California" (the federal territory)? Since there's no (union) state provision to do so (because it would be unconstitutional), I submit that there was a "reasonable cause" to believe registration was not necessary.
commented on 06/05/2020 06:27 PM
Apparently it’s against (not) the law to have a firearm unregistered. Complete and total BS. We should culminate and file a complaint plus legal action against PD’s like this. Keep 2nd Amendment alive. Think about it; the 2ND AMENDMENT, the 2ND, goes against this... our forefathers are rolling over in their graves...
commented on 05/27/2020 12:13 AM
The law is the law, even if I don't agree with it! I have no sympathy for law breakers, there is a reason why Marijuana is still a jail-able offense in many states! A damn shame that State Rights is denied by the supreme court for abortion, but not for our 2nd Amendment!

I, unfortunately live in California. I love this state. Im disgusted by the people who run this state and the morons who keep voting for these "radicals". The gun issue here is no joke. Every time I purchase a firearm, I get delayed. Im currently waiting to pick up a gun I bought back on march 13. it usually takes 40 days and 2 DROS fees to get my gun. I wish we had some help to fight the communism in this state. This post is pretty normal to be honest,...for CA that is....

We really have to be aware of who we are voting into office. Especially at the State level. That’s where most of this ‘registered’ crap is coming from.

We talk in disgust about the government regulation in California. The worst part of it all is that it could have all been prevented with some basic firearms education and some educated and active voters. Get out there and vote, friends and neighbors. Educate those you meet. Take a kid out shooting. Carry CONCEALED!! Keep the same thing from happening to the rest of the country!
commented on 12/30/2019 11:57 PM
As more in law enforcement become puppets, afraid to lose their pensions before moving out of states like Kalifornia, we will see many more infringements on the civil rights of Americans. Eventually, 2nd amendment supporters will have to organize and start protecting each other, or we will see the 1st, 2nd and 4th amendments become just hollow ideas.
