CZ VZ24 Mauser chambered in .8mm. Pre WWII Czech manufactured for a Romanian Contract. This rifle was rearsenaled after the war, and likely sold off to another country. During the arsenal the rifle was reblued and the Romanian Crest was removed. “CM” Romainian inspection mark is still clear and present on the right side of the receiver. Rifle is not matching, meaning the bolt and receiver, there are no other numbered parts. Small import mark near the muzzle. Mechanically the rifle is in excellent condition, the bore is bright and mirror like. Cosmetically, the rifle is in near factory new condition, with 98% bluing. Bolt is white metal and is correct. Stock has numerous handling marks but is in very good to excellent condition with clear cartouches. The stock is not serial numbered. Rifle also has the correct VZ24 front sight hood. Both locking screws are present. Rifle is only missing the cleaning rod, which can be easily found. This rifle is C&R eligible.
