Sig Sauer M18 Coyote - The Chosen One. After one of the most rigorous and highly competitive review processes in the history of military firearms a customized version of the Sig Sauer P320 was awarded the Modular Handgun System (MHS) contract and thus was born the legendary M17 and the official sidearm of the US Army. The M18 is the compact version and has been adopted as the official sidearm of the US Navy, US Air Force and most recently the US Marine Corp. It comes with one 17 round magazine and two 21 rounders, a SigLight front night sight and a removable rear sight with plate that can be replaced with an RMR of your choosing. The frame and slide are made from stainless steel with slide being finished in a Coyote PVD. It sports a 1913 accessory rail, is striker fired and is chambered in 9mm with a 3.9” carbon steel barrel. The M18 weighs 28.1 oz.
