There are some rough spots in the finish where the finish has been worn off. Also, the right hand side grip is cracked.

Mechanically, there might be an issue: the cyclinder "free" spins in one direction unless the hammer is pulled back. The timing and positioning both seem right on point, and the spin might be by design. The locking bolt holds with the hammer back and prevents the cylinder from spinning in reverse, so I don't think its a locking bolt issue. Again it might be the way it's designed, I really don't know much about these little guns.
