Terms of Sale:

All sales to Ohio residents are subject to the required 7.25% sales tax. All transactions will be in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the event that you are unable to pass the required background check. A 20% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all items purchased are legal to possess in their respective state of residence.

Shipping Policy:

Firearms will only be shipped to federally licensed firearms dealers. Flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping and insurance charges of $20 for handguns and $35 for long guns will apply, unless picked up locally. Other shipping options may be available upon request at the buyer's expense. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees and background check fees from their FFL dealer.

Payment Options:

We accept Cash, Check (with 7 day hold), USPS Money Order, Credit/Debit Cards (with 3% Fee), No COD or PayPal. $35 service fee for all returned checks.
