Pre-Ban 10/22 Drum in the box
Mitchell pre-ban 10/22 drum loaded with 50 rounds of CCI. This rare preban comes with the box, loading instructions, paperwork and loading tool. These are very rare in MA and are typically broken where the tab holds the front plate on. Most people use a rubber band around them once the tab snaps off (which it likely will at some point), which works.
