About FS1-15

Our FS1 Finger Stop is meticulously machined from 7075 aluminum and then hard coat anodized after a heavy acid etch process which dulls the machined surface and provides a superior protective finish. It is compatible with M-LOK handguards and includes a genuine machined steel Magpul M-LOK nut (not the common easy-to-strip stamped or cast Chinese copies). The FS1 design incorporates a QD swivel mount which provides a convenient forward attachment point for slings. It fits very comfortably between your fingers when used as a finger stop, or can be used as a forward hand stop or rear hand stop. Finger stops or hand stops are helpful to keep your hand from slipping off and touching the barrel (especially on shorter firearms), pulling the rifle into your shoulder, and aiding stabilization when driving against barricades. We recommend use of any medium strength thread locker for secure installation, quality USA made wrench included. Proudly made in USA!

Note About Colors

The four hard anodize colors available are black, gray, OD green, and flat dark earth. Please note the ODG and FDE are a proprietary anodize process that mimics those colors and coordinates well with those colors but are not exactly ODG or FDE. Also note that there is some variation batch to batch. The colors look great and coordinate well with other ODG or FDE furniture you may have on your rifle. The gray is a silver gray (similar to pewter but sometimes darker) and coordinates with gray and silver parts. We try our best to accurately represent all colors on our website photos.
