Terms of Sale

Final selling price is for cash/check/money order purchases. Credit cards add 3.5% of the selling price. Available for local pickup in Monument, Colorado; add 5.13% sales tax on new items, and CBI fee for firearms .

Buyer pays shipping and all applicable fees. Handguns will ship Priority Mail; Long guns via ground. Flat rate valid for the contiguous 48 states. Other states/areas will pay actual fees. Firearms are shipped to FFL only.

We comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. Please include a copy of your preferred FFL’s license with payment.

Return Policy

We can only accept returns for unused, unaltered products, in the original, unopened packaging for exchange or refund. Once a package has been opened or installed we are no longer able to accept it for return. If a product is defective, damaged or unsatisfactory, the manufacturer will be responsible for any return/exchange according to their warranty. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise received for return or exchange that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We are unable to accept Firearms and Ammunition for returns. NO FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN due to liability issues.

Used firearms have been inspected, test-fired, and cleaned. All sales on used items are final.
