The B.C.G and C.H are included in the upper. A brand new 3 x 9 x 40 rifle and scope rings have been mounted on the rifle. O.T. uppers carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY from the manufacturer. The brand new complete lower is a KG Arms Forged 7075, T6 Aluminum, with an anodized hardcoat finish KG-15, it has all mil-spec parts, a 5 lb. trigger pull, a black M4 hand grip.
