Before transferring a firearm to a customer, all firearm transactions (sales and layaways) will be subject to local, State and Federal Law including the completion of a Form 4473 and the customer’s successful background check. Local sales tax applies (Rhea County is 9.75% sales tax) There is a $10 non-refundable background fee for each submission.
