4" x 7" IPSC Silhouette test of a new one we're making, but we made the holes too small.  So we're selling these about $1 over cost.

You can use weld rod, weld wire, any wire, to make your own loops to hang them from whatever you want, get creative.  Holes are 1/4" (which because the depth of the plate is 3/8" a 1/4" wide hook won't go through them, and now you see how we got in this mess.).

AR500, 3/8" Thick, this is a minaturized IPSC target scaled down, so it appears about 4x further away than it actually is.
