The Leader Arms AR12 has similar controls to the AR15 platform. It has a full length picatinny section on top of the receiver and upper. There is a carry handle already attached and has a fixed front sight, The carry handle can be removed and a red dot can be mounted if the end user prefers. The bottom of the receiver has a picatinny section for mounting accessories as well.
