Scarce late extremely rare pre-ban AR-15 HBAR Competition with the heavier non-chrome lined vary accurate match barrel with 1-9 twist rate, with the flat top-upper receiver, and detachable carrying handle. Post front and fully adjustable A2 style rear sight. Equipped with a birdcage style flash hider, forward assist, and a brass deflector, checkered pistol grip and a smooth buttstock with trapdoor compartment.

The rifle was made in before September 1994 (Verified with Colt) this is the one and only Colt PreBan Rifle with flat top-upper receiver, and detachable carrying handle.
