Used Colt light carbine with Troy handguard, new Hogue grip and Rise Armament Drop in 3# trigger. 
This gun is as smooth as any I have had my hands on and will come as pictured with one magazine and I will throw in a tactical soft case. We can shoot it before you leave and I will send you home with a full magazine.
If you want it a little cheaper I can swap the trigger with a milspec trigger and sell it for $725 out the door.
