This is a consecutive pair of rare and no longer produced Colt Custom Shop Lew Horton Exclusives CLTO1070CCSZSS and both have Lew Horton Letters 

The letters read:

Thanks you for your inquiry. Your Colt Custom Shop Government Model, serial number SCC008067 (and SCC008068), is a Lew Horton SpecialEdition. It features a stainless finish on both the slide and frame. It is a series 70 pistol. It is fitted with a National Match barrel. It features a front night sight. This modelis shipped in the blue Colt Custom Shop box.

Colt will be building only 50 units in this configuration. Your gun was delivered to Horton's in June of 2019.
