As per High Standard, these were mass produced for Law Enforcement in the 1960's and 1970's. High Standard was unable to verify the model number by the serial number. We were told by High Standard that it is either the: M200, K120, K1200, or the Riot shotgun. 
There is damage to the plastic butt plate and minor damage to the stock. Please see photos.
