If you want an HK UMP, your options are either to pick up a sad neutered USC, pay Tommy Built a lot of money to convert a USC into a no longer sad and nuetered piece, or... get one of these. This specific example is in 9mm although they can be readily converted to .40 S&W, 45acp, or even 10mm with a barrel, bolt, and mag. This has a factory HK semi-auto lower and will sell with the brace removed for legality.
