As a fan of the original Galil Ace Gen 1, I can tell you that the Gen II is even better than the original. In true IWI fashion they have continued to build on their core values of innovate, optimize, and perform. After receiving real feedback from real users the Gen II was born. The most noticeable upgrade is the addition of an M-LOK/picatinny hand guard providing you a generous amount of real estate for all your modular accessories. Additionally you will notice the updated trigger profile, and the shortened safety selector throw profile. Additionally this particular version being the rifle comes standard with a side folding stock system along with a Magpul CTR stock and cheek riser. The closed rotating bolt long stroke gas piston system is one of the most reliably in the world and will allow this gun to run and thrive in just about any environment.
