Inspection Period:
Please note that all firearm manufacturers test fire their products for quality control. They do not clean the firearms after test firing to prove that the item was tested properly. We offer a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting when the item arrives at the receiving FFL dealer. If you have any issues, do not accept the transfer! Reach out to us directly, and we will be happy to assist you. Customer service is always our top priority here at Primer Punch.

Payment Information:
Payment Types: We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note to protect against fraud we require full address, cvv, and zipcode match for your card to be processed.
We will gladly accept Money Orders and Certified Checks via mail. Cash is accepted for onsite pickup.

Layaway: We offer 90 day layaway for all purchases over $350.00. We require a 25% Deposit upfront. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to setup your payment method and schedule.

Payoff in the first 90 days - No Fees 
After 90 days we chage 10% of the total sales price for administrative services.
After 120 days the layaway items are cancelled and returned to stock. No refund will be given. If you cancel or 30 days pass without a payment, then the layaway and all payments will be forfeited.
Layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tracking You will receive tracking for your purchase as soon as it ships. Any delays in shipping will be communicated to the purchaser via e-mail. Most items ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. 

We are located in Glendale, Arizona and happy to offer local pickup otion for our customer. Just pick your item up in person as our licensed address and no shipping fees are charged. Please call and make arrangements prior. 

Shipping Restrictions: All items prior to shipping will be validated to be legally owned in your locality and state. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO AA, APO/FPO AE, APO/FPO AP, California, District of Columbia, Delaware, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Palau, or outside the Continental US. All shipments will require Adult Signature. 

FFL/SOT: We only ship to FFL Holders. Shipments will only be sent to the address listed on the FFL. For NFA the FFL must be a current SOT Holder. All licenses are verified via standard practice prior to shipping. We only accept shipments from FFL License Holders.

We Do not ship to 03 C&R FFLs.

Pickup and Transfer Information:
We are happy to perform the transfer for you. If picking up a firearm, you must present yourself in person with Government Issued ID. All Local, State, and Federal Laws apply. There are no exceptions made to the legal transfer of a firearm. Primer Punch, LLC. reserves the right to refuse service and sales to any customer.
