This is an all-original pre-ban Calico Model M900 9mm carbine in excellent condition inside and out, manufactured sometime between 1987 and 1990. The Calico M900 is one of the most unique carbine designs of all time. Constructed of black polymer, steel, and a cast aluminum receiver, the M900 is chambered in 9mm Luger and uses a roller-delayed blow-back action. The Calico M900 features a very unique cylindrical 50-round or 100-round piggy back helical-feed magazine, a 16" inch barrel, a stainless steel bolt, adjustable iron sights, a static cocking handle, bottom ejection, an ambidextrous safety, a black polymer pistol grip and forend, and a collapsible stock. The 50 to 100 round capacity of the semi-auto Calico M900 made it a very fun range toy in addition to being a very high-powered self defense weapon. This particular Calico M900 is in excellent condition inside and out, and is in perfect working order with a 50-round factory magazine. It has spent the last 20 years in storage and has been shot VERY little. The factory finishes are all in excellent condition and the bore is mirror-bright and perfect. All of the controls on the M900 are in perfect working order, including the collapsible stock and magazine release. The action is slick and smooth and it locks into battery perfectly with the barrel. We have no doubt that this Calico M900 will function just as well today as the day it left the factory 30 plus years ago. This PRE-BAN Calico M900 would be a superb addition to any firearms collection.
