Pre-owned K. Kale Turkish Mauser M1938 in 8x57mm caliber. This surplus M1938 was manufactured at the K. Kale armory in 1940. As typical with the Turkish Mausers, this specimen does not have matching numbers. This gun displays the T.C., star and crescent moon-Ankara, A.S.F.A. and K. Kale stampings on top of the receiver, as expected. She sports the standard, factory iron sights - front post and ladder-style adjustable rear U-notch. This gun comes complete with it's original cleaning rod, as well. The Walnut stock has minor dings and dents throughout as expected from a surplus firearm from 1940. The bore is bright and shiny and the rifling is still crisp. Look no further if you're on the hunt for an affordable Turk!!!!
