Our Assessment: This Ithaca model 66 is a 20 gauge lever-action shotgun chambered for 3” shells. This Model 66 was produced between 1963 and 1978 but features an atypical single-shot lever-action design. This shotgun is in Very Good Plus condition. It has some handling wear but it remains mechanically sound. This is a solid option for the field, especially for hunting.
