This auction is for a Ruger M77 Bolt Action Rifle chambered in 7MM Remington Magnum. This rifle is in exceptionally great condition for it's age. It is not perfect, but it is an exceptional piece if you are looking for a display piece or rifle that looks as great as it performs. The serial number dates this rifle to approximately 1988. This rifle is all original with a 24 inch barrel. Bluing on all metal parts is 95%+ with only minimal minor scratches with deep glossy shine throughout. This rifle has been used very little and it shows minimal wear. All wood parts are in excellent condition with excellent original finish. It has what looks to be an original red rubber butt pad with very minimal wear. This piece truly looks to have been a very well cared for safe queen. We do not charge sales tax on any sales outside of Virginia, so in most cases we can still beat your local dealer's price even when you add the transfer fee.

In Stock Policy:

All listings on Armslist as well as our website are first come, first serve and are subject to availability from our suppliers at the price listed. Some items can be backordered and we will notify you of that when you inquire about purchasing an item. In some cases it is more cost effective to ship directly from our supplier to your FFL dealer and we will do whatever we can to get you the lowest price possible.

Terms of Sale:

All sales to Virginia residents are subject to the required 6.3% sales tax. All transactions will be in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the event that you are unable to pass the required background check. A 25% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a $2 state mandated background check fee for Virginia residents and $5 for non-residents for in person sales. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all items purchased are legal to possess in their respective state of residence.

Shipping Policy:

Firearms will only be shipped to federally licensed firearms dealers. Flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping charges of $20 for handguns and $30 for long guns will apply, unless picked up locally or "Free Shipping" is annotated on the listing. Other shipping options may be available upon request at the buyer's expense. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees and background check fees from their FFL dealer. Insurance is not included on any purchases unless requested by the buyer and at the buyer's expense.

We accept Cash, Check (with 7 day hold), USPS Money Order, Credit/Debit Cards (with 3% Fee), No COD or PayPal. $35 service fee for all returned checks.
