It is the buyers responsibility to contact their FFL and to provide us the FFL Company Name and EMAIL address. Any FFL certificate that Gunbroker.com has on file for firearms cannot be downloaded for ammo purchases. These certificates are non accessible to us.
We will not chase down your FFL. It is the buyers state laws & responsibility to purchase ammo on line

Billing address on credit cards. We have been receiving a lot of fraudulent charges by users on here. There are scam artists out there that ruin it for the honest customers. We will no longer ship to an address other than the billing address listed on your credit card for ammunition and accessory orders. Firearms are an exemption to this or ammunition that must be shipped to an FFL. We understand this will be a problem with some customers so if you have high feedback, we will make exceptions. For new or first time customers, we will only ship to your billing address on file with your credit card company. If you would like an ammunition or accessory order shipped to a different address, we will accept a USPS postal money order for payment.
Only exception is shipping to a FFL
DO NOT PURCHASE if we cannot ship this item to your location. If you bid/win the auction and I cannot ship to you, you will be charged for the auction listing and selling fees, + a 10% restocking fee.

Payment Information
Once you've purchased the item - or you've won the auction (congratulations!):

1) Please pay with your debit or credit card using GunBroker's Immediate Checkout feature;

2) Please have your dealer email us a copy of their FFL if you cannot select them in the checkout process.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment through GunBroker must be received within 5 days of purchase / auction end.
We DO accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, and USPS Money Orders.

NON-PAYMENT POLICY: If you fail to pay for your item(s) during the allotted time, we may file a Non-Paying Bidder Report, which could ultimately result in closure of your GunBroker account. If you're unable to pay for your purchase, you may choose to pay our seller fees to avoid further non-payment action.

Shipping Information
In most cases, we charge a flat fee of $35 for handguns and $45 for long guns to the Continental US.

* We WILL NOT ship magazine(s) with a capacity illegal in your jurisdiction, nor will we ship said magazine(s) to an alternate location. If you buy or bid on an item with magazine(s) illegal in your area, they will not be included in the shipment. Sorry! *


Delivery & Return Policy
Please THOROUGHLY inspect the item(s) at your local dealer BEFORE completing the transaction and taking the item(s) home!

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS - OR BELIEVE THE ITEM(S) MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING - PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM(S).
THE SALE IS FINAL ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE ITEM(S) AND LEAVE YOUR DEALER!

A NEW firearm is considered USED once it is transferred to you, EVEN if it's unfired! If you find a firearm is defective AFTER you've taken it home, it must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

It is legal for you to ship a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees or shipping costs.

Please contact us if you need assistance with a firearm purchased in used condition. We will be happy to assist if we can.

We may charge a 20% restocking fee for returns - if no reasonable cause is provided.

AGAIN, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR FIREARM AT THE DEALER AND BEFORE TAKING IT HOME. ONCE YOU TAKE IT HOME, THE SALE IS FINAL!
