This is a NFA item and all federal and state laws apply. It must be shipped to buyer's FFL/SOT, which transfer involves no ATF fees. But, the transfer from buyer's FFL/SOT to buyer will involve a $200 tax stamp which buyer is responsible to pay. The transfer to buyer's FFL/SOT will be done after payment in full. Refunds will NOT be given due to poor performance by ATF. The Omega 300 is a lightweight, full-auto rated .30 caliber suppressor that is optimized for performance and utility. This suppressor is ready for carbines, hunting rifles or precision rifles. The Omega 300 is one of the first suppressors in its class to offer additional customization options through use of the included anchor brake or separately sold caliber-specific front caps. It provides a variety of attachment options by utilizing our Bravo style mounting system. The Omega 300 is the most-sold suppressor, ever.

The Omega 300 is a multi-caliber suppressor, rated from .223 REM/5.56 NATO to .300 WM. This suppressor is warrantied for short barrels down to 7” .300 BLK, 10” 5.56 NATO, 16”, 7.62 NATO, and 20” barrels for magnum calibers.

Firearms are an exemption to this or ammunition that must be shipped to an FFL. We understand this will be a problem with some customers so if you have high feedback, we will make exceptions. For new or first time customers, we will only ship to your billing address on file with your credit card company. If you would like an ammunition or accessory order shipped to a different address, we will accept a USPS postal money order for payment.

A NEW firearm is considered USED once it is transferred to you, EVEN if it's unfired! If you find a firearm is defective AFTER you've taken it home, it must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

It is legal for you to ship a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees or shipping costs.
