The Intratec Scorpion is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22LR (high velocity only) which operates by elementary blowback. The sights are adjustable for windage and elevation. The slide type safety blocks the trigger and hammer preventing it from hitting the firing pin and striking the rim of the cartridge. The Scorpion is made of steel and reinforced nylon components. It takes a 30 round Magazine (not included). Barrel: The original TEC-22 has a threaded barrel with a 1/2–20 threading that allows for a suppressor or barrel extension to be attached. Safety: Ambidextrous safety is engaged by sliding safety rearward until letter “S” is clearly showing. This action blocks the trigger from releasing the hammer. NOTE: Safety will not engage if hammer is not in a cocked position. Sight Adjustments: Rear Sight can be adjusted for elevation by turning screw in direction you want for point of impact. Front Sight can be adjusted for windage by first loosening screw in the bottom of the cover then moving front sight in opposite direction you want for point of impact. Re-tighten screw on bottom of cover.
