Similar to its predecessor a Colt 1911 Classic this prestigious Colt Python is the first ever revolver named after Samuel and Elizabeth Colt's Victorian mansion Armsmear (Meadow of Arms) in "Coltsville" Hartford Ct.
The Highly Polished Bright Stainless Steel frame, barrel, and cylinder are accented beautifully with oak-scrolled engravings.
A 24K Gold Armsmear Badge with the inscription “ Vincit Qui Patitur ” is engraved into the right-hand side of the frame as is its translation " He Who Endures Conquers " in a gold banner onto the barrel lug.
The hammer, trigger, and cylinder release are highly polished and dressed in 24K gold plating.
Bright White simulated ivory grips with gold-plated Rampant Stallion medallions and grip screws enhance the appearance further.
Also included are standard wood grips with silver Colt medallions.
This Limited Edition Colt Python has only 150 in production.
