THE DEFINITIVE CCW 1911: The 3”-barreled Ronin EMP offers an extremely compact and concealable pistol that still packs in 9+1 rounds of powerful 9mm. With its compact slide and reduced-sized frame, the pistol provides shooters with a packable pistol with exceptional ergonomics.

FORGED FOR THE 9MM CARTRIDGE
Rather than simply shortening the barrel and slide like most compact 1911 pistols, the EMP also shortens the frame and action . In fact, the pistol features 11 proprietary parts distinct from a standard 1911 as a result of this adaptation. The end result is a pistol with a reduced grip radius for both enhanced comfort and concealability. Proprietary parts include the frame, slide, firing pin, firing pin spring, extractor, ejector, trigger, plunger tube, plunger tube assembly, grips and magazine.

Complementing the attractive two-tone finish of the Ronin EMP is a pair of high-quality wood grips with a hybrid checkered/smooth surface for enhanced grip.

Constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel, the Ronin EMP’s Extended 9-Round Mag holds nine rounds of 9mm and features an extended base pad.
Intuitive Sight Picture

The sights of the Ronin EMP are made up of a high-visibility fiber optic front sight and a Tactical Rack rear sight with white dots and light diffusing serrations.

The Ronin EMP’s compact 3” bushingless bull barrel is made of forged stainless steel and features a fully supported ramp. The barrel’s thick and rugged profile provides a great deal of strength, rigidity and accuracy for the potent and packable pistol.

Ensuring the potent 9mm pistol is a breeze to carry, the Ronin EMP features a frame made from forged aluminum. The result is an extremely strong yet extremely lightweight handgun, ready for EDC duty. The frame’s satin silver Cerakote® finish contrasts nicely with the blued steel slide of the pistol.

A double-zipper case is included with each Springfield Armory handgun. The soft-sided shell ensures the firearm and mounted accessories are protected during transportation, while an interior pouch can hold an additional magazine.
