This firearm is a Sig Sauer (W. GERMANY) made P226 chambered in 9mm luger. The firearm ships with the original box and one original Sig Sauer marked magazine. The firearm is one of the older variants that was manufactured using a stamping for the slide and a breech block pinned in the rear for added durability as well as cheaper manufacturing cost. This gun is also finished in the well known “ K-KOTE” finish, a type of baked on resin/polymer finish that acted as an early form of superior corrosion resistant coating applied to the slide of some Sig models in the late 80’s. The firearm does have wear indicative of use but is not worn out by any means, grab this piece of history today!
