The Benelli 828U Sport Over/Under Shotgun features a steel receiver, paired with a Steel Locking System, to provide a rock-solid lock-up that stands up to firing thousands of rounds. The steel receiver also adds additional weight to the center of the gun for enhanced balance, while reducing recoil. The AA satin-finished walnut stock features the Progressive Comfort recoil reduction system that utilizes 3 sets of patented interlocking flexible buffers to absorb recoil and minimize muzzle rise so that you can stay on target for fast follow-up shots. A QuadraFit™ modular buttstock allows shooters to easily adjust the drop, cast, comb height, and length of pull in minutes. A progressive balancing system includes weights that change the shotgun's balance by adding or removing them to or from the buttstock. The wide, carbon fiber ventilated rib features an integrated sight channel that guides to shooter's eye to the white front bead for precision alignment. Benelli uses Crio® System barrels and 5 extended, Crio choke tubes (C, IC, M, IM, F) on the 828U that are cryogenically treated to provide an even-grained, slick surface that minimizes pellet deformation, and produce tight, uniform shot patterns. Unusual for an over/under shotgun, the Benelli 828U Sport has a removable trigger group to aid in cleaning and field maintenance. Includes a padded, hard shell gun case.
