It's the Hudson by way of Daniel Defense. I gotta say, it's a cool gun. Low bore axis equates to less felt muzzle flip. Not that I can't control a 9mm anyway, because I'm big and buff, have an obligatory beard, wrap around shades, and a Nine Line/Grunt Style shirt. Anyway, come'n git it, borther.
