This is a Russian SKS semi-automatic rifle in 7.62X39 caliber. It has a 20.5" barrel, hooded front sight, 1000 meter rear sight, 10-round fixed magazine, plain wood military stock, bayonet, steel buttplate with trapdoor, cleaning rod, and canvas sling. This rifle is in good condition with a clean, bright bore. It is dated "1953".
