The Lever Action Supreme is Henry's first lever-action rifle that feeds from common detachable AR-15 magazines. The rifle sports a free-floated barrel along with a match-grade, user-adjustable trigger allowing for extreme accuracy that is rarely found in cowboy action rifles. A threaded barrel is included, allowing for use of suppressors and other muzzle devices.

This model is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and features an all-black anodized finish with walnut furniture. The rifle is also compatible with common .223 Remington ammunition. One 10-round magazine is included.
