Although you have purchased one of our "Y" stamped models, identified by the inverted Y stamp at the end of the serial number (denoting that it has bee previously fired and may exhibit minor cosmetic flaws), the firearm is warranted for mechanical and safety performance against defects for a period of noe year from the date of the retail sale.

This "Y" stamped firearm is not warranted for the cosmetic blemishes or imperfections in the wood, metal, cases, boxes, or accessories, nor for the absence of certain accessories.

Beretta Certified "Y" firearms are offered for sale only after undergoing factory inspection. All "Y" firearms must pass individual inspections and grading by Beretta factory-trained personnel before being sold. No firearm failing our standards for "Y" guns will leave the beretta facilities.
