Shipping only. All firearms must be shipped to a FFL Dealer in your area in the state in which you reside. Buyers are responsible for providing us the receiving FFL’s address and contact information before shipment can be processed.

Shipping charges reflect the exact carrier cost—we don’t upcharge for handling or packaging. Insurance is optional, but strongly recommended, and can be added to cover the full purchase value. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment lies with the buyer.

No sales tax for out-of-state sales.

Payments are processed securely through GunTab. The payment has to be in your name.

All firearms are sold as-is.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm purchase, ownership, transfer, and use.

When a firearm cannot be transferred (i.e. a background check cannot be successfully completed or other issue), a restocking fee of 10% applies + return shipping. A refund, less the restocking fee + return shipping, will be issued.
