Colt Police positive in the rare 32-20 caliber, revolver that from the serial number dates to 1924 or most likely 1929. That would place its manufacture right in the roaring 20's and Prohibition era, if only this pistol could talk, what a story it could likely tell. And after all those events and time of about 96 years later, its ready for its next owner. Over all condition is good, cycles like it should and dry fires. It does have signs of use and wear, finish loss, marks, scratches, etc from normal use, one of the grips does have a chipped off piece. The barrel has a nice crown, but others have said the barrel has been shorten in length. If it was, it was defiantly a professional job, many many years ago. Very old and in good condition leather holster is included.
