This shotgun is over 100 years old and still is in amazing condition. The case color hardening is still beautiful with lots of color. It has 30 inch Damascus barrels and is chambered in 16 gauge. This is a grade 1 shotgun according to LC smiths early grading scale.
Due to my research, I believe this gun was made prior to 1910. Definitely prior to 1914 as that is when the grading scale changed.
There is unfortunately a crack in the stock by the grip. It appears to be an old crack and one cannot feel the edge of said crack.
